Group Hypnotherapy Programmes

The group Hypnoslimmer is a 4 week Programme delivered on Zoom.  I offer group programmes for clients who want to reduce their shape and size but do not have any other physical or mental health reasons why they cannot lose weight.  The cost is less than the one to one programme and is just as effective if you follow the rules and attend all sessions.  I keep the numbers small to ensure that there is still a personal element to the therapy so booking early is essential.  The added bonus of the group programme is that you get to see others who are on the same journey as you, and often members will offer each other added support though the catch up discussions each week.  

The programme includes x4 weekly 1 hour online therapy sessions, support via text/email throughout the programme, and a follow up 1:1 session after the programme ends , a personal workbook and tape measure.

The cost of the Hypnoslimmer Group Programme is £150.00 per person paid upfront.  Please note that if you sign up to the programme you need to commit to attending all sessions.  Sessions will not be recorded, and the cost is non-refundable should you not attend any sessions.

A full consultation of around an hour via Zoom will be completed before booking onto the programme to discuss individual needs and make sure that group therapy is best for you.  The consultation costs £20 and if you decide to book onto the group, the cost of consultation will be deducted from the above cost of the programme.
